Sexual abuse, is forcing undesired sexual behavior by one person upon another. When that force is immediate, of short duration, or infrequent, it is called sexual assault. The offender is referred to as a sexual abuser or molester. The term also covers any behavior by any adult towards a child to stimulate either the adult or child sexually. When the victim is younger than the age of consent, it is referred to as child sexual abuse. Anger is an emotional response related to one's psychological interpretation of having been threatened. Often it indicates when one's basic boundaries are violated. Some have a learned tendency to react to anger through retaliation. Anger may be utilized effectively when utilized to set boundaries or escape from dangerous situations. Also it is described anger as a normal emotion that involves a strong uncomfortable and emotional response to a perceived provocation.

Although these two terms have no any link with each other but surely a truth has been related linking these two terms.  A handsome Brazilian who is accused of being one of the world's worst serial killers has spoken for the first time about his murder spree, chillingly claiming that 'when the thing comes. Tiago Henrique Gomes da Rocha, 26, is accused of killing at least 39 people, mostly young women, homeless people and transvestites, during seven terrifying months in Goiania, southeast Brazil. Most of his victims were allegedly gunned down from a motorbike as the loner, who worked nights as a security guard, cruised the streets of his home city.

Among all the murder the youngest was a Forteen year old schoolgirl who was shot dead as she walked along a road in January, and at least 16 of his victims were women. The 26 year old Brazilian serial killer, whose wrists were covered in his own blood after he attempted to slash them with a broken light bulb, has claimed he became a murderer because he was sexually abused as a child. His nine month random killing spree in Goiania, central Brazil, ended last week when he was arrested following a massive police manhunt. He said that he was sexually abused by hs neighbour when he was child, this lead him to an excessive anger which resulted him to be a murder. When he gets angry then he must have to kill someone to relief his anger.
