काठमाडौं,भदौ १५–सौतेनी आमाको अपहरण गरी हत्या गर्न खोजेको आरोपमा पक्राउ परेकी मोडल ऋचा धमलालाई अदालतले पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा पठाएको छ । भक्तपुर जिल्ला अदालतले बिहिबार उनीसहित ६ जनालाई कारागार चलान गर्न आदेश दिएको हो ।सौतेनी आमा ममता घिमिरे धमलालाई अपहरण गरी हत्या प्रयास गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले गत असार १५ मा ऋचा,उनका प्रेमी आशमान तामाङसहित ६ जनालाई पक्राउ गरेको थियो ।

पारिवारिक तथा आर्थिक विवाद भएपछि ऋचाले १५ लाख रुपैयाँको सुपारी दिएर सौतेनी आमाको हत्या गर्न लगाएकी थिइन् । अपहरण गर्न गएका बेला दुई युवकलाई पक्राउ गरी प्रहरीले उनीहरुको योजना असफल बनाएको आजको नयाँ पत्रिका दैनिकमा खबर छ ।ऋचा र आशमानसहित सुरेश तामाङ,शेषमान तामाङ,सुशील नापित र राजेश गुरुङ हत्या योजनामा संलग्न थिए । अपहरण गर्न गएका सुरेश र शेषमानलाई प्रहरीले ममताकै कोठाबाट पक्राउ गरेको थियो ।

A brother and sister in the US state of Georgia were arrested and charged with committing incest in a church car park after watching popular romantic film The Notebook. 20-year-old Christopher Buckner and her 25-year-old brother, Tim Savoy, admitted to police that they had sex three times after watching the 2004 movie starring Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams. The film depicts a young couple who fall in love during the 1940s. Two police officers in Effingham County, 320 km (200 miles) from the state capital Atlanta, were responding to reports of prowling in the area when they caught the siblings in a tractor trailer in the car park of Country Side Baptist Church, across the road from South Effingham High School.

Officers soon learned that the two were related, WJCL News reported. The pair were charged with incest, sodomy, and prowling according to sheriff office spokesman David Ehsanipoor.

Many people these days are known about an adult model in USA  from Hemja, Pokhara Nepal, Bindu Pariyar. She has been staying in US, was taken to work as a strip dancer by an US citizen, Tom Sewell. Tom was familiar with Bindu since her childhood  and waited till she became an adult to marry and take her to the USA. In various photos and videos released by Tom, he had trained Bindu to become strip dancer so that he can live in her income.

When Bindu got tired of Tom and ran away with a boyfriend, Tom released intimate photos and videos of Bindu to defame her. A leading weekly ‘Saptahik’ also published a cover story on the strip dancer.

If the life of Bindu is investigated, a lot of dark side of her relationship with the US citizen and his friends could be revealed. At times, Bindu has told that Tom and his friends have abusing the children in Nepal. Although the claim isn’t baseless, authenticity of the claim is not easy to prove.

In 2012 Bindu told in a Facebook post that she was the “fourth girl to be trapped from Nepal.”

San Francisco based Vine video artist Ian Padgham filmed his wife Claire Pasquier every month for nine months, documenting her changing body structure as her baby bump grew bigger and bigger. After the nine month long records, he then precisely edited the footage down to just six seconds, with the final moment showing Claire kissing her newborn baby on the forehead. This nine month long journey was showed in six second video.  The popular clip has been  the most viewed video. It has been viewed  more than 9 million times since it was posted on Friday, collecting  more than 38,000 'likes' on Vine. In the video, Claire   a French born artist whose works are on display at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art  wears the same black dress, her hairstyle differing slightly with time. She stands in the same place in the couple's bathroom throughout the filming, her hands behind her back to show off her burgeoning bump.

The clip may make pregnancy look like a snap, but making the video was a complex and meticulous process. He shared that he shot two frames of video for each month of filming before carefully cutting it to six seconds. The last step was adding music in the background, and he kept the video on a loop so it could be watched over and over again. Ian, who runs a creative firm that makes brand centric content, is not only a skilled Vine creator, but it looks as though he's ready to be a best dad, too. He also posted another Vine clip of his newborn baby's tiny hand holding his finger, with the overjoyed caption: 'I'm the happiest man alive :)'.

The Hazardous Traffic Of Banglore"Bangalore", officially known as "Bengaluru"  is the third largest city in India and is the center of India's fifth largest metropolitan region. It is located in southern India on the Deccan Plateau, it is the capital of the southern Indian state of Karnataka. Bangalore is known as the "Silicon Valley of India" since it plays the role  of exporting the nation's leading information technology (IT). The city located at a height of over 3,000 feet 914.4 m above sea level, Bangalore is known for its pleasant climate throughout the year. The Bangalore City Traffic Police which is also known as  BTP is a specialized unit of the Bangalore City Police responsible for overseeing and enforcing traffic safety compliance on city roads as well as managing the flow of traffic in the city of Bangalore, Karnataka.

The video shows the carelessness drive which are spotted i the Banglore city. We can see people are driving in such a hurry without noticing signals and people around. They are driving in such a way like they are only in the earth and road is only for their use. The ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) government's education policy has resulted in pure chaos, as the rule has been to restructure the education policy in line with an Islamist political agenda, according to various education unions and civil society groups.

However, the issue is not only about the TEOG system. Past education policies, whose implications are continuing to negatively affect students and their parents, are also contributing to the problematic education landscape.

The government's surprising decision in November of 2013 to close down prep schools (dershane), which are regarded by middle or low-income families as an equalizer of educational opportunities due to their affordable fees, is also seen as another bad decision following the TEOG failure, as the government introduced the TEOG system as an alternative to the prep schools. The prep schools will be allowed to operate until Sept. 1, 2015, and all preparatory courses will be shut down after this date.

The exam results of 1.2 million students who took the TEOG were announced last week, and most of the students were placed in high schools in accordance with their preferences. However, 134,000 students, including many non-Muslim and Alevi students, were automatically enrolled in high schools determined by the TEOG system, fuelling anger among families.

Many students and their families are upset by the auto-enrollments as some students are being enrolled in imam-hatip high schools, which provide religious education, while others are being placed in schools far from their homes, even 100 kilometers away.

Those students and their families who are unhappy with the placements have rushed to educational institutions to try to transfer the registrations to schools that are close to their homes and that are not religious. Changes of registration will continue until Sept. 26 and the first round of the transfer of registrations was announced on Friday.

Speaking with Sunday's Zaman about the problems in the education system, Democratic Educators' Union (DES) Chairman Gürkan Avcı said there have been serious complaints regarding the TEOG system by parents and students, saying: “We warned the Ministry of Education [MEB] about the implications of the TEOG system and asked them to take urgent steps to deal with the problems that students and their parents faced caused by the auto-enrollments.

Raising concerns about the constant changes in the education system in line with the frequent changes of ministers and undersecretaries, Avcı went on to say: “A well-established system should be designated in education rather than one based on the personal opinions of the new ministers and others. Families and students are fed up with these constant changes in the education system. No one has the right to dominate students' future with arbitrarily made education policies."

“Some students were placed in high schools far away from their homes. For instance, how can a 14-year-old girl travel 150 kilometers every day to reach its school?”

Union of Active Educators (Aktif Eğitim-Sen) Chairman Osman Bahçe, speaking with Sunday's Zaman, also criticized the arbitrary policy changes in the education system, saying: "When a policy change is decided to be made, then the pluses and minuses of the probable outcomes should be taken into consideration. In contrast to this, we encounter the arbitrary practices of the MEB such as imposing the 4+4+4 system on students and replacing the Level Determination Examination [SBS] with TEOG. When the ministry first introduced the TEOG system, it assured families that students will have more spare time for activities such as music and sport, as well as not needing to take additional classes in prep schools for a placement in a better university. Also, the MEB had assured students that they will have a better education when compared to the previous periods. But, the point where we stand now indicates a fiasco and a failure in terms of putting the promises into practice -- as the TEOG chaos proved."

As the education system has been constantly revised and restructured by the government, five ministers of education have changed up until now. Following Erkan Mumcu, AK Party's Hüseyin Çelik took the chair. Ömer Çelik then followed Nimet Çubukçu as minister. Currently, Nabi Avcı and his team are shaping Turkey's education policies.

With respect to the reasons behind the massive failures in education policies, he says: "The issue is also related to the ministry's employment regime. The ministry may appoint provincial and district directors of national education in line with its political ideology. But if all members of the ministry are designed in accordance with a certain political vision and when those specialists in education are relieved of their duties, such problems [such as the TEOG chaos] naturally occur. Many personnel who are not qualified took the positions. So, a system was launched with this legacy has produced the current problems. It is not surprising that a student be placed in a high school 150 kilometers away from their home.”

According to Bahçe, if the government had a consistent education policy, then such frequent changea of ministers would be out of question. Citing President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's expressed intention to raise “religious generations,” Bahçe said the current practices are a reflection of molding generations in accordance with the AK Party's own political agenda instead of creating “religious youth.”

कुखुरा चाहे जुन रङको किन नहोस् उसको मासु एउटै रङको अर्थात् रातो नै हुन्छ । तर दुनियामा यस्तो कुखुरा पनि हुँदोरहेछ जसको प्वाँखको रङ निखार कालो त छँदैछ उसको मासुको रङ समेत कालो हुन्छ ।

यस्तो अजीव कुखुराको नाम हो अयाम सिमैनी । यो निकै दुर्लभ जात हो । पहिलो यो कुखुरा इण्डोनेसियामा पाइएको थियो भने सन् १९९८ मा यो जातको कुखुराको ब्रिडलाई नेदरल्याण्डको एक प्रजनन कम्पनीले युरोपमा ल्यायो ।

निकै अलग पहिचानको कारण यो कुखुराको माग उच्च छ ।

सन् २०१३ मा अमेरिकाको फ्लोरिडामा एउटा सिमानी जातको कुखुरा २५ सय अमेरिकी डलर अर्थात् झण्डै अढाइ लाख रुपैयाँमा बिक्रि भएको थियो ।

मासु तथा सरीरको बाहिरी भाग मात्र होइन यो कुखुराको बोन म्यारो समेत कालो छ । तर यसको रगत भने कालो नभै रातो छ । यद्यपि निकै गाढा रातो ।

यस्तो कालो मासु हुने कुरालाई वैज्ञानिक भाषामा फाइब्रोमेलानोसिस भनिन्छ । यस्तो मासुमा फलाम लवण उच्च मात्रामा पाइन्छ ।

तिम्रो भाइबहिनी मेरो पेटमा छ भनेर कुनै आमाले आफ्नो सानो छोराछोरीलाई सुनायो भने ती बच्चाबच्चीको प्रतिक्रिया कस्तो होला ? सायद उनीहरु खुसीले फुरुंग हुन्छन् र आमाको गर्भे पेट सुम्सुम्याउाछन् ।

तर अमेरिकाका एक बालकले भने आमा गर्भवती भएको थाहा पाएपछि अनौठो प्रतिक्रिया दिएका छन् ।

वासिंटनकी शेनी गिब्सन हार्टले आफु गर्भवती भएको कुरा आफ्ना दुइ बच्चालाई सुनाएर उनीहरुको प्रतिक्रिया रेकर्ड गर्ने इच्छा राखिन् ।

सोही बमोजिम उनले दुइ बच्चालाई कारको पछिल्लो सिटमा राखेर आफुले कार हााकिन् । कार केही अगाडि बढेपछि उनले सुनाइन् ‘म गर्भवती छु ।’

आमाको यस्तो कुरा सुनेपछि कान्छो छोराले खासै प्रतिक्रिया जनाएनन् । तर जेठो छोराको प्रतिक्रिया तथा आक्रोस सााच्चीकै उल्लेखनीय थियो । ट्रे नामका ती बालकले आमाको कुरा सुन्ने बित्तिकै आाखा बन्द गरे र चिच्याउन थाले ,’तिमीले के सोाचिरहेकी छौा ? तिम्रा दुइ सन्तान हुादाहुादै किन अर्को पाउनुपर्यो ? यो त अरुलाई रिस उठाएर आफु दंग पर्ने काम भयो ।’

छोरो रिसाएपछि आमाले उनलाई सम्झाउादै भनिन्, ‘छोरा हामीले तिमीलाई कहिल्यैपनि विस्थापित गर्नेछैनौा । तिमीले केवल अर्को भाइ वा बहिनी पाउनेछौा जसलाई तिमीले हेरचाह गर्न सहयोग गर्नुपर्नेछ ।’

तर आमाले यसो भन्दा पनि छोरोको चित्त बुझेन । उनले भने, ‘तिमीले किन अर्को बच्चा पाउन चाह्यौ । यदि धेरै भयो भने एउटालाई विस्थापित गर । यसको कुनै अर्थ छैन ।’

त्यसपछि उनले बच्चा चिच्याएर आफ्नो कान खायो भन्दै कानमा कोचार्ने कपास मागे ।

आफु गर्भवती भएपछि छोराले पोखेको रिसको भिडियो रकेर्ड गरेकी थिइन् ती आमाले । उनले त्यो भिडियो इन्टरनेटमा अपलोड गरिन् । अहिले त्यो भिडियो निकै भाइरल बनेको छ ।

वासिङ्टन: अमेरिकाले इस्लामिक स्टेटका जिहादीका विरुद्धमा शनिबार अबेरदेखि पुनः हवाई हमला सुरु गरेको छ । सो अतिवादी समूहविरुद्ध अमेरिकी युद्धक विमानहरुले आक्रमण थालेका बताइएको छ । अमेरिकी प्रतिरक्षा मन्त्रालयले त्यहाँ अप्ठेरोमा परेका नागरिकलाई सहायता उपलब्ध गराउन तथा अतिवादीहरुलाई निस्तेज पार्न सो कारबाही गरिएको बताएको छ ।

अमेरिकी विदेशमन्त्री जोन केरीले शनिबारमात्र सिरिया तथा इरा

कको उत्तरी भागमा जातिहत्याको विरुद्ध लड्न मुलुकहरूको एक गठबन्धन बनाउन आह्वान गर्नुभएको थियो । सो आक्रमणका साथै सर्वसाधारणलाई आपतकालीन सहायता पनि उपलब्ध गराइएको अमेरिकाले जनाएको छ ।

आइएसले इराक तथा सिरियाको ठूलो भागमा आफ्नो नियन्त्रण कायम गरी त्यसलाई खलिफातको घोषणा गरेको छ र यस क्षेत्रमा अनेकौँ आक्रामक र अतिवादी क्रियाकलापलाई जारी राखेको छ । राष्ट्रपति ओबामाले सेप्टेम्बर महिनामा अमेरिकी सुरक्षा परिषद्को शिखर बैठकको समयमा आईएसलाई नियन्त्रण गर्न एक योजना प्रस्तुत गर्न लाग्नुभएको जानकारी विदेश मन्त्री जोन केरीले दिएका छन् ।

 आफूले जितेको ताज लिएर एक सुन्दरी गायब भएको खबर सुन्दा अचम्म नलाग्ने त कुरै छैन । १८ वर्षीया मे मायट नोईले गत मे महिनामा सोलमा आयोजित मिस एसिया प्यासिफिक – २०१४ को उपाधि जितेकी थिइन् ।

घटना वास्तवमा यस्तो छ । म्यान्मारकी यी पहिलो अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सुन्दरी मायटमाथि आयोजकहरुलाई धोका दिएको र खराब व्यवहार गरेको आरोप लागेको थियो जसका कारण उनीबाट मिस एसिया प्यासिफिकको उपाधि खोसिएको छ । उपाधि त खोसियो तर उनी एक लाख अमे

रिकी डलर (करिब ९५ लाख नेपाली रुपैयाँ) पर्ने ताज लिएर फरार भएकी छिन् ।

आयोजकका मिडिया निर्देशक डेभिड किम भन्छन्, ‘नोईको व्यक्तित्व देखेर हामीले उनलाई अझ राम्री बनाउन चाहेका थियौँ । हामीले उनको ‘बे्रस्ट सर्जरी’ पनि गराएका थियौँ र यात्राको अतिरित्त खर्च व्यवहोरेका थियौँ ।’

किमका अनुसार सुन्दरी आफ्नो देशमा भागिन् र उनले आफ्नो मोबाइल फोन पनि स्विच अफ गरेकी छिन् । समस्या त्यति बेलादेखि उत्पन्न भयो जब नोई आफ्नी आमासँग सोल गएकी थिइन् । हुन त यात्रा केवल १० दिनको थियो तर दुबैले त्यहाँ तीन महिनाको समय बिताए जसका कारण यात्राको खर्च उठाइरहेको आयोजकमाथि निकै आर्थिक दबाब परेको थियो । त्यतिबेला नै नोईमाथि उपाधि खोसिने चेतावनी दिइएको थियो ।

जब महिलाको विवाह हुन्छ तब उनी यहि मनोकामना लिएर बसेकी हुन्छिन् कि उनको श्रीमानले उनलाई सधैँ खुसी साथ राखोस् । महिलाले मात्र होइन समाजका हरेक व्यक्तिले यहि सोच्ने गर्दछ कि एउटा श्रीमानले आफ्नी श्रीमतीलाई सधैँ खुसी राख्नुपर्छ । तर यो कसैले पनि सोचेको हुँदैन कि श्रीमतीको पनि आफ्नो श्रीमानलाई खुसी राख्ने कर्तव्य हुन्छ । भनिन्छ श्रीमान–श्रीमती एक रथको दुई पाङ्ग्रा हुन्भ एसकारण दुबैको खुसी महत्वपूर्ण हुने गर्दछ । तर यदि कहिलेकाँही तपाईंको श्रीमान उदास देखिएमा तपाईंले त्यसमा ध्यान दिनुपर्ने हुन्छ । हुनसक्छ तपाईंका श्रीमान् तपाईंका कारण नै दुखी भइरहेका छन् । तपाईंको कारण र अरु कसैका कारणले तपाईंको श्रीमान तनावमा भइरहेको तपाईंलाई राम्रो नलाग्न सक्छ । त्यसकारण हामी तपाईंलाई श्रीमानलाई सधै खुसी राख्ने तरिका बताउँदैछौँः -
१. उनको कुराहरु सुन्नुहोस्ः धेरै पुरुषहरुको यहि गुनासो हुने गर्दछ कि उनका श्रीमती कहिले पनि उनको कुरा सुन्ने गर्दैनन् । त्यसकारण जतिबेला तपाईंका श्रीमान कुराकानी गर्न थाल्छन्, उनको कुरालाई निकै मन लगाएर सुन्ने गर्नुहोस् ।
२. उनको करियरमा रुची लिनुहोस्ः तपाईंको विवाह भइसकेपछि आफू आकर्षक देखिने कुरामा लाग्नुभन्दा आफ्नो श्रीमानको कामकाजमा ध्यान दिनुहोस् जसबाट उनलाई तपाईं हरेक समय उनको साथमा हुनुहुन्छ भन्ने महसुस होस् ।
३. उनको जिम्मेवारीलाई बाँड्नुहोस्ः थुपै्र पुरुषहरु श्रीमतीले उनीहरुको बित्तिय र अन्य जिम्मेवारीहरु बाँडोस् भन्ने चाहन्छन् । यदि तपाईंहरु दबैजना काम गर्नुहुन्छ भने घरखर्च चलाउने श्रीमानको मात्र जिम्मेवारी हुँदैन । त्यसकारण दुबैजना मिलेर घरखर्च टार्नुहोस् ।
 ४. पैसा बगाउन बन्द गर्नुहोस्ः अनावश्यक रुपमा पैसा खर्च गरेको कुनै पनि श्रीमानलाई राम्रो लाग्दैन । तपाईंको बढिरहेको सपिङको बिलले तपाईंलाई तपाईंको श्रीमानबाट टाढा बनाइरहेको हुन्छ । यदि शपिङ गर्दा तपाईं आफ्नै पैसा खर्च गर्नुहुन्छ भने यसबाट उनलाई केहि पनि फरक पर्दैन ।
5. बेकारको बहस नगर्नुहोस्ः श्रीमतीहरु आफ्नो श्रीमानसँग बेकारमा बहस गरेर कुरा लम्ब्याउने गर्दछन् । जसले गर्दा सम्बन्ध नै खतरामा पर्न सक्छ । तपाईं भने यस्तो गर्नबाट बच्नुहोस् ।
६. बेडमा उनलाई खुसी राख्नुहोस्ः यदि आफ्नो श्रीमानलाई बेडमा खुसी राख्ने तरिका आउँछ भने तपाईं निकै भाग्यमानी हुनुहुनेछ । बेडमा अल्छीपन नदेखाउनुहोस् ।
७. उनलाई तपाईंको कार्यक्रमको जानकारी दिनुहोस्ः तपाईंलाई आफ्नो प्लान बनाउनका लागि श्रीमानको आवश्यक पर्दैन तर एक्लै केहि गर्नुभन्दा पहिले उनलाई त्यसको जानकारी दिनुहोस् जसले गर्दा उनलाई नराम्रो नलागोस् ।
८. आफ्नो जीवन पनि बाँच्नुहोस्ः कोही पनि साधारण पुरुष आफ्नी श्रीमतीले उनको लागि पनि समय निकालोस् भन्ने चाहन्छन् । यसो गर्नाले श्रीमानका लागि पनि केहि समय निस्कनेछ ।
९. आर्थिक रुपमा उनलाई कहिले पनि धोका नदिनुहोस्ः महिलाले कहिले पनि आफ्नो श्रीमानबाट पैसाको हिसाब–किताब लुकाउनु हुँदैन । यदि श्रीमानले आफ्नो पैसा तपाईंबाट लुकाएर राखेमा के तपाईंलाई राम्रो लाग्छ ?
१०. उनको साथी बन्नुहोस्ः तपाईंहरु दुईमा श्रीमान–श्रीमतीको भन्दा साथीको सम्बन्ध बढि हुनु आवश्यक छ । आफ्नो श्रीमानको साथी बन्नुहोस्, उनको आमा अथवा बोस होइन ।
११. भविष्यको योजना एकसाथ बनाउनुहोस्ः चाहे तपाईं लामो छुट्टीका लागि जान चाहेको कुरा होस् अथवा घरमा कोही नयाँ साथी आउने कुरा होस्, भविष्यको सबै योजना एकसाथ बनाउनुहोस् ।

भदौ १५ – काठमाडौं,  भोजपुर जिल्ला घर भई हाल धोबिघाट ललितपुर बस्ने वर्ष २७ कि प्रमिला राईले ब्लेडको प्रयोग गरि बायाँ नाडी काटेर आत्महत्या प्रयास गरेकी हुन् । विवाहको आश्वासन दिएका प्रेमीले पहिले नै घरजम बसाइसकेको खबर सहन नसकी उनले आइतबार आत्महत्या प्रयास गरेकी छिन् ।

विवाह गर्ने आश्वासन दिएका प्रेमी राम राईसँग उनी विगत चार महिनादेखि सँगै बस्दै आएकी छिन् । प्रेमी रामले नै उनलाई मेघा हस्पिटलसम्म ल्याएका हुन् जहाँ उनको उपचार भइरहेको छ । उनको घाउमा सातवटा टाँका लगाएको मेघा हस्पिटलले जनाकारी दिएको छ ।

काडमाडौँ : वस्तु उत्पादक तथा त्यसका अन्तिम उपभोक्ताबीचको दूरी हटाउन नयाँ प्रविधिमा अनुसन्धान गर्ने संस्थाहरूले काम

गर्न थालेको निकै भइसकेको छ र त्यसको पछिल्लो शृङ्खलामा गुगलको ‘डेलिभरी ड्रोन’ अर्थात चालकविहीन वितरण विमान हालै अस्ट्रेलियामा परीक्षण भएको छ ।

प्राविधिक विशेषज्ञहरूले सोचेका सबै कुरा सही भए आउँदा केही वर्षमा तपाईँले आफ्नो ‘स्मार्टफोन’बाट खरिद आदेश दिनुभएको सामान केही समयमै तपाईँ बसेकै स्थानमा यस्तै सानो विमानले पुर्याइदिनेछ ।

डेलिभरी ड्रोन भन्नाले मानवविहीन हवाई यातायात साधन (अनम्यान्ड एरियल भेहिकल)लाई बुझाउँछ, जसलाई अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय नागरिक उड्डयन सङ्गठन (आईकाओ) ले दूरसञ्चालित हवाईजहाज (रिमोटली पाइलटेड एयरक्राफ्ट) भनेको छ ।

सामान्यतया यस्ता विमानलाई त्यसमै रहेका कम्प्युटर वा जमिनमा रहेका वा अन्य गाडीमा रहेका विमान चालकले ‘रिमोट कन्ट्रोल’ (दूर नियन्त्रण) प्रणालीको माध्यमबाट सञ्चालन गर्छन् । यसअघि यस्ता विमान दूरसञ्चालित हवाईजहाजका रूपमा रहेका र हाल यसको नियन्त्रणमा बढ्दो रूपमा स्वचालनपना आउन थालेको विकिपेडियाको धारणा छ ।

यस्ता विमानहरू विशेष गरी सैनिक र विशेष अभियानमा उपयोग गरिन्थ्यो भने हाल यसको प्रयोग प्रहरीको सहयोग, अग्नि नियन्त्रण, गुप्तचरी जस्ता कुरामा हुन थालेको छ । यसैगरी यस्ता विमानको प्रयोग मानवसहितको विमानले गर्न नसक्ने दिक्कलाग्दो, फोहरी तथा खतरात्मक (डल, डर्टी, ड्यान्जरस) काममा भइरहेको देखिएको छ ।

अघिल्लो वर्ष विश्व्यापी रूपमा उत्पादन वितरण गर्ने संस्था अमेजनका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकारी जेफ बिजोसले आफ्ना ग्राहकमा वस्तु वितरण गर्न चालकविहीन विमान परीक्षण भइरहेको जानकारी दिए भनी बीबीसीले समाचार प्रकाशन गरेको थियो ।

उनले ती विमानबाट २.३ किलोग्रामका उत्पादन ग्राहकले खरिद आदेश दिएको ३० मिनेटमा ग्राहकसमक्ष पुर्याउन सकिने जानकारी दिनुभएको थियो। उनले बीबीसीलाई उक्त सेवा आरम्भ हुन पाँच वर्षको अवधि आवश्यक पर्ने जानकारी दिएका थिए। अमेजनले यस सेवाको नाम ‘प्राइम एयर’ राखेको छ ।

उक्त समयमा गुगलले चालकविहीन गाडीको परीक्षण गरिरहेको थियो । उक्त गाडीमा ‘स्टियरिङ ह्विल’ र ‘पेडल’ नभएका तथा ‘ग्लोबल पोजिस्निङ सिस्टम’ अन्तर्गत क्यामरा तथा गाडीमै रहेको नगरको नक्साका आधारमा गाडीले काम गर्ने प्रणाली रहेको बताइएको छ ।

यस गाडीलाई ‘स्टार्ट’ गर्न, अगाडि बढाउन र आपत्कालमा रोक्न बटनको व्यवस्था गरिएको गुगलले जारी गरेको भिडियो क्लिपहरूमा देख्न सकिन्छ । गाडीमा रहेको कम्प्युटर स्क्रिनले गाडीको मार्ग र गाडी भएको स्थान देखाउने गर्छ र गुगलले सन् २०१७ सम्म यस्ता गाडीलाई सडकमा उतार्ने जानकारी दिएको छ ।

गुगलले आफ्नो डेलिभरी ड्रोन निर्माण परियोजनाको नाम ‘प्रोजेक्ट विङ’ राखेको छ र यो उसको गोप्य एक्स प्रयोगशालामा विकास भएको हो । यसै प्रयोगशालामा उसले चालकविहीन गाडी तथा इन्टरनेटसँग सम्पर्क कायम हुने चस्मा विकास गरेको थियो ।आफैँमा उड्ने सवारीसाधनले सामानहरू सस्तो, छिटो, कम क्षति भएर तथा कम वातावरणीय जोखिमका साथ अन्यत्र पुर्याउने नयाँ विधिको ढोका खोल्नसक्ने धारणा गुगलले यससम्बन्धी एक विवरणपत्रमा उल्लेख गरेको छ ।

गुगलले चालकविहीन विमानले मानसलाई एकपटक मात्र उपयोग गर्ने औजारजस्ता सामग्री एकअर्काबीच आदानप्रदान गर्न सजिलो बनाउनसक्ने धारणा राखेको छ । साथै यस्तो विमानलाई प्राकृतिक प्रकोपका समयमा पहुँच विच्छेद भएको स्थानसम्म आपत्कालीन सामग्री वितरण गर्न उपयोग गर्न सकिने धारणा राखेको छ।

गुगलले यस विमानलाई अस्ट्रेलियामा प्राथमिक उपचारका सामग्री, कुकुरको खाना, स्थानीय किसानलाई पानी वितरण गर्न उपयोग गरी परीक्षण गरेको थियो । यस परीक्षणमा यी विमानले करिब आधा माइलको दूरी तय गरेका थिए । यसो भए पनि यस संस्थाले यसलाई बजारमा उपलब्ध गराउन सक्ने गरी तयार गर्न अझै केही वर्ष लाग्ने धारणा राखेको छ ।

प्रविधिलाई चुनौतीमुक्त गर्नु एक प्रकारको चुनौती भए पनि त्यहाँ अन्य प्रकारका निकै चुनौती छन्। गुगल तथा अमेजन दुबैले यस विषयमा अमेरिकी सरकार तथा उनीहरूले यस्तो विमान सञ्चालन गर्ने अन्य मुलुकका सरकारसँग अनुमति प्राप्त गर्नु आवश्यक छ ।

इन्जिनियरिङ तथा प्रविधिसम्बन्धी पत्रिका इएन्डटीले आफ्नो वेबसाइटमा अमेजनले गत महिना अमेरिकी सङ्घीय उड्डयन प्रशासनसँग आफ्नो चालकविहीन विमानको परीक्षणको क्षेत्रलाई विस्तार गर्न अनुमति मागेको जानकारी दिएको छ ।

हाल यस प्रशासनले सामान्यतया व्यक्तिगत अभिरुचिका लागि यस प्रकारको काम गर्ने व्यक्ति तथा नमुना विमान निर्माण गर्ने संस्थालाई चालकविहीन विमानको परीक्षण उडानका लागि अनुमति दिएको छ । उसले व्यापारिक प्रयोजनका चालकविहीन विमानको उडानमा प्रतिबन्ध लगाएको छ ।

गुगलको एक्स प्रयोगशाला नवीन अनुसन्धानबाट यातायात, स्वास्थ्य तथा सञ्चारको क्षेत्रका समस्या समाधान गरी समाज विकास गर्ने उद्देश्यले स्थापना भएको प्रयोगशाला हो । यसो भए पनि यस प्रयोगशालामा भएका क्रियाकलापमा हुने वित्तीय खर्चको पारदर्शीपना तथा यस्ता लगानीको सफलताका विषयमा यो प्रयोगशाला आलोचनाको विषय बनेको छ । यस प्रयोगशालाले उत्पादन गरेको गुगल चस्माले कुनै व्यक्तिलाई जानकारी नदिइकनै उसको भिडियो तथा चित्र लिने भएकाले यसबाट व्यक्तिगत गोपनीयता उल्लङ्घन हुनसक्ने आशङ्का गरिएको छ ।

इएण्डटीले प्रोजेक्ट विङ म्यासाचुसेट्स इन्स्टिच्युट अफ टेक्नोलोजीको एरोनाउटिक्सका प्राध्यापक निक रायको नेतृत्वमा रहेको टोलीले विकास गरेको जानकारी दिएको छ । उहाँ गत दुई वर्षदेखि यस प्रविधिमा काम गरिरहनुभएको र यस परियोजनाको लागत सार्वजनिक नगरिएको जानकारी दिइएको छ ।

यसैगरी गुगलको एक्स प्रयोगशालामा तयार भएको दुई यात्रुक्षमताको गाडी आफैँमा सञ्चालन हुने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ । चालकले आफ्नो गन्तव्य टाइप गरी वा उच्चारण गरी गाडीमा रहेको कम्प्युटरलाई आदेश दिनसक्छ । यो गाडी विद्युतबाट सञ्चालन हुन्छ र एकपटक चार्जगरेपछि १६० किलोमिटर चल्नसक्छ।

यसमा अगाडिको भागमा परम्परागत बम्परको स्थानमा नरम गद्दाजस्तो सामग्री राखिएको छ । यसबाट बटुवाको सुरक्षामा ध्यान दिइएको दाबी यस संस्थाले गरेको छ । यसको हाल अधिकतम गति ४० किलोमिटर प्रतिघण्टा राखिएको छ । यो गुगलको बाटोको नक्सायुक्त सफट्वेयरको आधारमा चल्ने गर्छ।

गुगलको गाडीमा प्रयोग हुने लेजर प्रविधि उत्पादन गर्ने भेलडाइन इन्कका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत डेभिड हलले यो गाडी दुर्घटनाग्रस्त भए यसको बिमा कसले तिर्ने भन्ने विषयमा समस्या भएको वाल स्ट्रिट जर्नललाई बताउनुभयो भनी मेल अनलाइनले उल्लेख गरेको छ । यसैले क्यालिफोर्नियाको प्रशासनले यस्ता चालकविहीन गाडीलाई सडकमा परीक्षणका लागि उतार्नु पहिले कुनै पनि दुर्घटनाविरुद्ध ५० लाख अमेरिकी डलरको बिमा गर्नुपर्ने अडान लिएको बताइएको छ ।

यी सबै समस्याबीच पनि चालकविहीन वितरण प्रणाली भने अब मानवको पहुँचको क्षेत्रभित्रै आइपुगेकामा भने कसैको पनि आशङ्का रहेको छैन ।

 अस्ट्रेलियाको तास्मानियाको एक कृषक परिवारले यस्तो भेडा भेटेका छन् जुन विश्वकै सबैभन्दा धेरै उन भएको भेडा बन्न सक्छ । उनीहरुले उक्त भेडाको नाम शन राखेका छन् ।

शनको उन अहिलेसम्म एकपटक पनि काटिएको छैन । त्यही भएर

उसको शीरमा आधा मिटर बाक्लो उन जम्मा भइसकेको छ । तास्मानियाको पूर्वी तटमा रहेको एक कृषकको फार्मबाट भागेका शन विगत ६ वर्षदेखि फरार थिए ।

पिटर हेजल र उनका पत्नी नेट्टीले शनलाई गत आइतबार आफ्नो घर छेउ फेला पारेका थिए । शरीरभरि उनको पोकोले गर्दा उसलाई हिँड्न पनि गाह्रा भइरहेको दम्पत्ति बताउँछन् । उसको आँखालाई पनि उनले छोपेको हुँदा राम्ररी देख्दैन थियो । त्यही भएर मैले पछाडिबाट गएर समाए, पिटर भन्छन् । नेट्टीका अनुसार उनले एउटै भेडामा यति धेरै उन देखेको यो पहिलो पटक हो ।

यही हप्ता शनको शरीरबाट उन काटिने भएको छ । अब हेर्नुछ यसले विश्व रेकर्ड बनाउँछ कि बनाउँदैन ।

यसअघि सन् २००४ मा न्युजिल्याण्डमा स्रेक नामक भेडाले २७ किलोग्राम उन दिएको थियो ।

Nepali model and Vj of Kantipur channel Sahana Bajracharya and another VJ of Call Kantipur Suraj Giri are fired from the job at Kantipur television. According to a recent news that is published in various media, Sahana Bajracharya and Suraj Giri were found making love inside a car in Chitwan. It was around 3 am when police found a stopped car shaking and when

they looked inside they found Sahana and Suraj were having fun with half naked. It was Suraj’s private car in which both of them were spotted by police.

When police tried to take them in custody for such behavior in a public place, they told police that they were journalist of Kanipur Television and apologized. Police inquired and when police were confirmed that both of them were journalist than police leaved them. After this incident, it is said that they were fired from Kantipur Television. As a result we can see on profile of Suraj Giri where he has changed his past work to Kantipur Television whereas Sahana has posted in her facebook fan page saying she will come back soon on television with a bang.

5. गुगल ग्लासः गुगल ग्लासले इन्टरनेटलाई एक प्रकारले यस्तो नजिक बनाइदिएको छ कि आँखा झिम्काएको भरमा यसमा सर्च गर्न सकिनेछ । भर्जिन एटलान्टिक एयरलाइन्स पेसेन्जर चेकिङका लागि गुगल ग्लासमाथि परिक्षण पनि भइरहेको छ ।

A cabinet meeting on Friday nominated 18 people for the vacant 26 seats of lawmakers in the Constituent Assembly (CA).

In a meeting held in Council of Ministers' office, the cabinet agreed on 18 lawmakers' names from lists sent by Nepali Congress, CPN (UML) and Rashtriya Prajatantra Party Nepal for their quota.

Radhe Shyam Adhikari, Shiva Bahadur Khadka, Pushkar Acharya, Resham Baniya, Sakudev Sutihar, Rukmini Koirala, Surya Dev Das, Umesh Shrestha, Anil Kumar Rungta were nominated in Nepali Congress quota.

Likewise, Agni Kharel, Ganga Dangi, Mira Dhwaju ,Pemba Bhote, Naresh Kharel, rajan Bhattarai, Partaman Dhimal were nominated from CPN(UML).

However, UCPN (Maoist) has not sent any names for nomination stating the government's failure to implement the four-point agreement.

Ganesh Thapa was nominated for the only seat for Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (Nepal).

All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) president Ganesh Thapa is RPP (N) chair Kamal Thapa's brother.

Similarly, Mira Dhwaju is the wife of CPN (UML) General Secretary Ishwar Pokhkrel.

The parliament's Public Accounts Committee, which is holding an inquiry about alleged financial irregularities in ANFA, summoned ANFA president Thapa to submit his bank statement and statements of income and expenditure. The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority is also investigating Thapa's files.

Sushil KC struck the solitary goal in the 79th minute to finish the two-match SS Steel International Friendly even, the Bangladesh U-23 having won the first match 1-0 in Dhaka on Tuesday, August 26.

The matches were part of a preparatory series between the two teams for the upcoming 17th Asian Games scheduled to be held Incheon, South Korea, from September 19.

The football matches will start five days before the inaugural ceremony, on September 14.

In the Asiad, Nepal faces defending champion Japan, and former winner Iraq, and Kuwait in Group D.

The Nepali football team has so played in five Asiads but has not even managed a draw yet.

Nepal will play Iraq on September 14, Kuwait on 17 and Japan on September 21. Altogether 29 countries are participating in football competitions.

The six day collection of Singham Returns now reads, Friday 32.09 C, Saturday 21.05 Cr, Sunday 24.55 Cr, Monday 14.78 Cr, Tuesday 8.21 Cr, Wednesday 6.44 Cr. Total: ₹ 107.12 Cr.  

Singham returns has fared quite well at the Overseas Box Office as well generating approximately 12.04 Cr, with maximum revenue of 4.97 Cr from UAE-GCC region.

The lethal combo of Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn in this movie makes it more interesting and awaiting to break many other records. With Mardaani releasing Tomorrow, let's wait and see how much more will this film make!

As mentioned in this column last week, the fate of ‘Mardaani’ depended on how it performed over the weekdays. The reviews were decent, word of mouth good and the subject just right, all it mattered was for this fact to be registered well with a large segment of audience. Fortunately for the film, the target audience continued to be interested right into the weekdays as well, as a result of which this Pradeep Sarkar affair hung on quite well right through the weekdays. There was minimal fall from the weekend, as a result of which the film managed to score the first week of around 23 crore.

Now these are decent collections for an ‘Adults Only’ film with a female central protagonist and a very serious subject. For Rani Mukerji, this is a good shot in the arm when it comes to a film revolving around her since ‘Aiiyaa’ was a huge disaster. However, the kind of credibility and respect she has gained after ‘Mardaani’ would indeed do wonders for her from this point on. Even for Pradeep Sarkar, the film is now his highest grosser till date and with 30 crore set to come in, one waits to see how far does ‘Mardaani’ go from here. The tax free status that the Yash Raj offering has started gaining in a few states would help too.

What is all the more commendable is the fact that despite competition in the form of ‘Singham Returns’, ‘Mardaani’ just about managed to edge past by even though the Ajay Devgn starrer had a slightly better weekend. Though it was widely speculated that the Rohit Shetty film would pose a huge challenge to ‘Mardaani’ even in its second week, that was not really the case to be.

Another release of the week, ‘Mad About Dance’, wasn’t even reviewed by quite a few publications/websites and went unnoticed critically as well as commercially.

In an apparent 'honour killing', a 25-year-old pregnant woman was brutally beaten and stoned to death on Tuesday outside the high court here by her father and brothers for marrying the man of her choice.

Police said Farzana Parveen, resident of Faisalabad, had married Mohammad Iqbal of Jaranwala a few months ago against the wishes of her family.

The incident happened as the couple reached the court premises to record Farzana’s statement to defend her husband against allegations by her family that he kidnapped her and forced her to marry him.

Initially, the family members fired shots in the air and tried to snatch her from Iqbal.

After failing in their attempt, nearly 20 members of her family, including her father and brothers, attacked the couple with sticks and bricks before a crowd of onlookers in front of the high court of Lahore, said police official Naseem Butt.

Farzana, who was three-months pregnant, died while her husband managed to escape.

Police arrested Farzana’s father but her brothers fled from the scene, News International reported.

Police on information reaching the spot sent the body for autopsy and registered a case on complaint of the victim’s husband.

Around 900 women were killed in Pakistan last by their families in honour killings, according to human rights commission of Pakistan, a private organization.

केही समय अघि बैबाहिक जीवनबाट छुट्टिएका निर्माता छवि ओझा र नायिका रेखा थापा अहिलेसम्म पनि सामाजिक सञ्जालमा एक अर्काको उच्छित्तो काढ्न पछि पर्दैनन् ।

बलिउड र हलिउडमा सम्बन्ध गाँसिनु र तोडिनु सामान्य जस्तै भएपनि कलिउड अर्थात नेपाली फिल्मी क्षेत्रमा भने त्यसको खासै गुञ्जायस थिएन । तर पछिल्लो समयमा यहाँ पनि यस्ता घटनाहरु बढ्न थालेका छन् ।

घोर अपमानित गर्ने दुष्प्रयास समेत गरेका छन् । सहयात्रीलाई प्राप्त युट्युब फुटेजमा ती प्रस्तोताले नेपाली झण्डाको खिल्ली उडाउँदै भनेका छन्–यो कस्तो आकारको झण्डा हो ? के नेपालीहरुलाई त्रिभुज कस्तो हुन्छ ? भन्ने पनि थाहा छैन ?

जन्मिँदै सामान्य बच्चाका भन्दा दोब्बर ठूलो साइजका हात सहित जन्मिएका एक भारतीय बच्चाका हात अहिले ८-८ किलोका छन् । हत्केलाको फेँदी देखि माथि औँलाको टुप्पासम्मको लम्बाइ १३ इन्च छ । ८ वर्षका मोहम्मद कलिम स्कुल जाँदैनन् । आफुलाई देख्दा साथीहरु डराए भन्ने सुनेका कारण मात्र हैन उनलाई स्कुलमा सबैले जिस्काउन र गिज्याउन थालेपनि पछि उनी स्कुल जानै छाडे । कतिपयले उनलाई स्कुलमै पिट्ने समेत गरे र शिक्षकले पनि दुव्र्यवहार गरे ।

उनलाई देखेर केटाकेटीहरु मात्र होइन उनी आफै पनि डराउने अवस्था छ । उनका हात यति भयंकर छन् की त्यो देख्दा जो कोहीको पनि जिउ सिरिंग हुन्छ ।

हात निकै अजंगका हुँदा उनलाई खाने कुरा खान पनि संघर्ष गर्नुपर्छ । नुहाउने, दिसा पिसाब गर्ने कामका लागि समेत उनलाई निकै सकस पर्ने गरेको छ ।
उनका बाउ समिम ४५ वर्षका भए र दिल्लीमै मजदुरी गर्छन् । उनको कमाइले परिवारको छाक टार्नैै मुस्किल हुन्छ । त्यसैले उनकी श्रीमती २७ वर्षकी हलीमाले मागेरै भएपनि केही पैसा र खाना जुटाउने गरेकी छिन् । गरिबीले गुजि्रएका समिम र हलीमाले पैसाकै अभावले छोराकेा उपचार गराउन नसकेको बताउँछन् ।

मोहम्मल कलिमलाई आफ्नो ठूलो हातका कारण निकै कठिनाई भैरहेको छ । तर डाक्टरले आफ्नो हातको उपचार गर्दा सुइ लगाउने र बेहोस पार्ने गरेमा आफुलाई मान्य नहुने उनी बताउँछन् । डाक्टरले आफुलाई सुइ लगाइदिएर बेहोस पारेपछि आफ्नो हातलाई जथाभावी काटिदिने भएकाले आफुलाई त्यस्तो अपरेसन मन नपर्ने उनी बताउँछन् ।
उनीहरुले कलिमलाई स्थानीय अस्पतालमा लगेका थिए । तर डाक्टरहरुले रोग पत्ता लगाउन सकेनन् । डाक्टर हरुका अनुसार उनलाई लिम्फान्जिओमा वा हामार्टोमा भन्ने रोग हुनसक्छ । यी दुबै रोगको उपचार सम्भव छ । तर उपचारका लागि छोरालाई दिल्लीको सुविधासम्पन्न अस्पताल गर्ने हैसियत बाउआमामा छैन ।

मान्छेको शोख अचम्मकै हुन्छ । अमेरिकामा एक जोडिले आन्ध्र महासागरभित्र विवाह गरेका छन् । गोताखोरीका शौखिन ती अमेरिकी जोडिले हालै फ्लोरिडास्थित फोर्ट लोडरडेल तटिय क्षेत्रबाट आन्ध्र महासागरमा प्रवेश गरी पानीभित्रै विहे गरे ।

१५ मिनेटसम्म चलेको उक्त विवाह समारोहमा बेहुला बेहुली सँगै २० जना जन्ती समेत थिए । पानीभित्र ३० फुटको गहिराइमा विवाह कार्य सम्पन्न भएको थियो ।
यसरी पानीभित्र बिहे गरेर किर्तिमान कायम गर्ने बेहुला बिल फ्रेनियरको उमेर ५२ वर्ष छ । उनकी बेहुली लिजब्याथ फ्रेनियरको उमेर ३२ वर्ष छ ।

आन्ध्र महासागरभित्रको बिहे समारोहमा बेहुला बेहुलीले एक अर्कालाई स्वयंवरको औँठी लगाइदिए र जिवनभर सँगै बाँच्ने कसम खाए ।
बिल र लिजब्याथ बीच सन् २००८ मा पहिलोपटक भेट भएको थियो । बिलले पछिल्लो २० वर्षदेखि गोताखोरको काम गर्दै आएका छन् । बिलसँग दोस्ती भएपछि लिजब्याथलाई पनि गोताखोरी काममा लगाव बसेको थियो ।

यसरी हत्या गरिएकाहरुको संख्या २ सय भन्दामाथि रहेको उक्त संस्थाको दाबी छ । हिजो मात्र आइएसले पोस्ट गरेको अनलाइन फोटो र भिडियोमा निर्वस्त्र सयभन्दा बढी मानिसलाई मार्नुअघि मरुभूमिमा लामबद्ध गरेर हिडाइएको देखाइएको थियो ।

महिनावारी भनेको के हो ?

महिनावारी भनेको महिलाहरुको मासिक धर्म-चक्रको क्रमशः बन्द हुने प्रक्रियाको शुरुवात हो । यो कुनै बिमार (रोग) होइन । बरु यसलाई एउटा नयाँ र भरिपूर्ण जीवनको शुरुवात भन्न उपयुक्त हुन्छ । यहाँ बुझ्नु पर्ने कुरा के हो भने महिलाहरुमा महिनावारीका लक्षणहरु भिन्नभिन्न रुपमा देखा पर्न सक्छ ।

सबै महिलाहरुलाई एउटै रुपमा महिनावारीका लक्षणहरु नदेखिन सक्छन्, जसलाई उनको स्वास्थ्य अवस्था, पारिवारिक, आर्थिक र सामाजिक परिवेशले पनि केही न केही रुपले प्रभाव पारेको हुन सक्छ ।

पचास वर्षको सेरोफेरोमा महिलाहरुको डिम्बग्रन्थी जुन स्त्रीलिंग हार्मोनहरुको मुख्य उत्पादक हो, विस्तारै विस्तारै काम गर्न बन्द गर्छन् । यो प्रकृया अन्तिम महिनावारी चक्र भन्दा तीन देखि पाँच वर्ष पहिले नै शुरु भइसक्दछ ।

२. महिनावारीका समस्या के-के हुन् ?

महिलाहरुको शरीरमा हार्मोनको कमीले गर्दा विभिन्न प्रकारका शारीरिक र मानसिक प्रभावहरु पर्न सक्दछन् । जस्तै शरीरमा अत्यधिक गर्मीको अनुभव हुनु, राति पसीना आउनु, योनी मार्गमा शुस्कता हुनु, मनोदशामा अस्थिरता आउनु, छट्पटि लाग्नु, टाउको दुख्नु, अनिद्रा, उदाशीनता र चिन्ता एवम् यौनइच्छामा कमी आउनु आदि समस्याहरु हुन्छन् । माथिका लक्षणहरुमध्ये केही महिनावारी भन्दा पहिले र केही महिनावारीलगत्तै देख्न पाइन्छ ।

३. उपचारका तरिका

महिनावारी स्त्रीहरुको जीवनको एउटा प्राकृतिक अवस्था हो । यो जननीय अवस्थासँग सम्बन्धित परिवर्तन हो, जसले गर्दा महिलाहरुलाई आफ्नो जीवनशैलीमा केही बदलाव ल्याउनुपर्ने आवश्यकता पदर्छ । तर, यदि महिनावारीका लक्षणहरु अति नै कष्टदायक छन् भने चिकित्सकहरुको सल्लाह लिने र औषधि सेवन गर्नुपर्ने आवश्यकता पनि पर्न सक्दछ ।

हार्मोन्सको कमीसँगै केही स्वास्थ्य समस्याहरु जोडिएका हुन्छन्, जस्तै अष्थि सुषिरता, जसले गर्दा महिलाहरुको हाडको भारमा ३० प्रतिशतसम्म कमी आउन सक्छ । यसको परिणामस्वरुप हड्डी पातलो हुन र झुरो हुन सक्छ । यसले हड्डी भाँचिने सम्भावना बढेर जान्छ । त्यतिमात्र होइन, महिनावारीसँगै रगतमा हुने बोसोको मात्रामा अस्वभाविक परिवर्तन आउनाले मुटुरोग हुने खतरा पनि बढेर जान्छ ।

यस प्रकारका समस्याहरुबाट बच्नको लागि अधिकतम महिलाहरुलाई एक प्रकारको हार्माेन एस्ट्रोजोनको सेवन गर्ने सल्लाह चिकित्सकहरुले दिने गर्छन् । जसले गर्दा शरीरमा हुने हार्मोन्सको कमीलाई आपूर्ति गर्न सकिने छ । यो प्रकारको चिकित्सा प्रणालीलाई एस्ट्रोजोन आपूर्ति अथवा हार्मोन्स आपूर्ति चिकित्सा भनिन्छ 

महिनावारीमा देखिने समस्याको उपचार निम्न प्रकारले प्रारम्भ गर्नुपर्छ ।

नियमित व्यायाम  गर्ने । तनाव कम गर्ने काम जस्तै : योगा, ध्यान र मनोविर्मश गर्ने । स्वास्थ्यवर्द्धक भोजन गर्ने, जसमा क्याल्सियम प्रचुरमात्रामा हुनुपर्यो । एस्ट्रोजोको गुण भएका पदार्थहरु उदाहरणका लागि सोयाविनबाट बनेका परिकार, गेडागुडी र हरियो तरकारी र फलफूलको प्रशस्त सेवन गर्ने ।

व्यायाम र सन्तुलित खाना बाहेक यस उमेर समूहका महिलाहरुले आफूलाई यस बेलाका समस्याहरुको सामना गर्न मानसिकरुपले पनि तयार राख्नु उत्तिकै आवश्यक पर्छ । यी समस्याहरु ढल्किँदो उमेरसँग प्रायजसो महिलाईहरुलाई आइपर्ने यथार्थ समस्या हुन् । जसलाई टार्न त सकिँदैन । तर, त्यसबारे ज्ञान भयो भने यसको असरलाई कम गर्न भने अवश्य पनि सकिन्छ ।
